農場心漫活情

鴻旗有機休閒農場位在屏東縣高樹鄉，是座有機農作與休閒相結合的休閒農場，主要生產稻米、鳳梨。農場由教育界退休的許天來老師成立，他曾參訪過美國、加拿大等國家的有機農業栽培，十多年前開始投入研究有機產品，後將有機與休閒產業相互結合，並大力推廣「吃出健康」「活出希望」的新概念。

在農場的水稻田區中，可以看到鴨子穿梭其中，農場利用鴨子的雜食性，吃去稻中雜草和害蟲，排出的糞便作為肥料，稻與鴨互相依存，除了飼養出風味絕佳、安全無藥的鴨，也透過稻鴨共作，生產出無公害的「鴻旗稻鴨有機米」。

農場提供實作體驗的服務，讓遊客瞭解稻鴨共作米對於環境保護的重要性，並進行生態教學活動，讓他們更愛惜土地和自然環境，享受生態與休閒旅遊的樂趣。

Homchi Resort Farm

Homchi Resort Farm, located in Gao Shu Township, Pingtung County, is a leisure farm that combines organic farming and leisure, mainly producing rice and pineapples. The farm was established by a retired teacher, Hsu Tien-lai, who has visited organic farming in the United States, Canada, and other countries. He began to research organic products more than ten years ago. Later, the farmer combined organic and leisure industries, and vigorously promoted the new concept of “eat healthily” and “live with hope”.

The farm also provides hands-on experience services, allowing parents and schools to bring their elementary and junior high school children to the countryside to experience the rice growing process, learn about plants and animals, understand the importance of rice and duck farming to environmental protection, and conduct many ecological teaching activities, through such teaching, students will love the land and natural environment more, and enjoy the fun of ecological and leisure tourism.
