傳奇教育休閒農場

沿著南州火車站鐵軌走便能來到傳奇教育農場，這裡主要種植蓮霧，由曾榮獲神農獎的第一代主人蔡順得及第一屆百大青農的蔡協良共同經營，其蓮霧經常外銷加拿大、俄羅斯、香港、新加坡等地，甚受外銷市場歡迎。

不只是採蓮霧，農場主人們更想分享的，是蓮霧的相關知識：蓮霧怎麼來？蓮霧花長怎樣？蓮霧價格如何被影響？蓮霧品種差在哪？果農的價值觀與堅持究竟是什麼？透過農場主人們的專業視角，向遊客傳遞農業的知識及文化。

Legendary Education Leisure Farm

If you walk along the railway track of Nanzhou Railway Station, you will come to the Legendary Education Farm, which mainly grows rose apple. It is operated by Tsai Shun-Te, who won the Shennong Award, and his son, Tsai Hsieh-Liang, who is one of the Top 100 Young Farmer. Their rose apple is often exported to Canada, Russia, Hong Kong and Singapore, and is very popular in the export market.

More than just picking rose apples, the farmers want to share their knowledge about the fruit: What is the origin of rose apple? How do the flowers grow? What are the differences in the variety of rose apples?....... They hope to covey the knowledge and history of agriculture through their professional perspectives to visitors.
