          白鶴咖啡休閒農場主人陳先生，原是台鐵的火車售票員，但因對於每天固定且單調的生活感到疲乏，便毅然決然辭去工作，回到屏東經營農場。他選擇在大武山下種植咖啡，除了本身熱愛咖啡之外，更希望能讓其他人瞭解屏東咖啡的優點。喜愛自然環境的他，當初規劃農場時秉持著「強調自然，減少人工」的原則，農場內僅有簡單一個櫃檯，幾件桌椅，讓人置身大自然中品嚐咖啡，遠離都市塵囂。農場內所種植約三甲地的阿拉比卡原生種咖啡樹，全都堅持不噴灑農藥，自產、自種、自銷、自家烘焙，過程中盡量減少人工繁複的程序，完整呈現咖啡豆的原香，邀請您來白鶴咖啡休閒農場，享受最「真實」的咖啡。

        For a cup of ordinary coffee, he planted an extraordinary coffee forest, yearning for the natural environment and staying away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

        Mr. Chen, the owner of the White Crane Coffee and Leisure Farm, was originally a train conductor for the Taiwan Railroad, but he was tired of the daily routine and monotony, so he resolutely quit his job and returned to Pingtung to run his farm. He chose to grow coffee under the Dawu Mountains because he wanted to let others know about the advantages of coffee in Pingtung. His love for the natural environment led him to plan the farm based on the principle of "emphasizing nature and reducing artificiality". The farm is planted with about three hectares of native Arabica coffee trees, all of which insist on not spraying pesticides, producing, growing, marketing, and roasting their own coffee beans with as little artificiality as possible.
